Conditions for Returns
In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please note that:

The product needs to be returned within 14 days after receiving it from the delivery company. If 14 days have gone by since the item was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

The products must be returned in the original packaging.

The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
Valid reasons to return an item:

Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective on arrival.

Delivered Product is incorrect / incomplete (missing parts)

Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) – eligible for selected products only.
How to Return an Item:
To return an item, please select Get Support on your order page to start the conversation with the vendor. Let them know what is wrong with your product and inquire about a return. If approved, place the item securely in its original packaging with a Proof of Purchase, and mail your return to the vendors provided return address.
Refund Policy
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will make a decision about your return. Please allow at least 4 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an inquiry using the Get Support button on your order page.
