Default Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our default policy on returns and refunds.

Some vendors may have different Refund and Return Policies, so it is important that you check with the specific vendor of the product of purchase.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please note that:

  • The product needs to be returned within 14 days after receiving it from the delivery company. If 14 days have gone by since the item was received, unfortunately, the vendor can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • The products must be returned in the original packaging.
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.

Valid reasons to return an item:

  • Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective on arrival.
  • Delivered Product is incorrect / incomplete (missing parts)
  • Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) – eligible for selected products only.

How to Return an Item:

To return an item, please select Get Support on your order page to start the conversation with the vendor. Let them know what is wrong with your product and inquire about a return. If approved, place the item securely in its original packaging with a Proof of Purchase, and mail your return to the vendors provided return address.

Refund Policy

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, the vendor will make a decision about your return. Please allow at least 4 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Most vendors only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send the vendor an inquiry using the Get Support button on your order page.
